Independent handover inspection — a written report before you sign, and before the balance moves.

Delivery

Passage planning — route, weather windows, fuel, ports of refuge.

Crew — qualified, and briefed on the vessel.

Jurisdictions — clearance, agents, flag and documentation en route.

Reporting — position and condition through the passage, and a delivery report on arrival.
