These terms cover the use of this website. They are not terms of engagement for vessel management, a delivery, a commissioning or a consultancy mandate — that work is contracted separately, in writing, in each case.

The pages here describe what Rightack Nauticals Pte. Ltd. does. Nothing on this site is an offer, a quotation, or a commitment to provide a service, and nothing on it forms a contract between us. Any engagement begins with a conversation and is set down in a signed agreement.

We keep this site current and correct to the best of our knowledge, and we would rather say nothing than say something we cannot stand behind. Even so, content may be updated or withdrawn at any time without notice, and we do not warrant that every page is complete or free of error at the moment you read it.

These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from the use of this site, are governed by the laws of Singapore and subject to the jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
